At Jamie Via’s “I Get To” Foundation, this mission is deeply personal. I was diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative breast cancer—a diagnosis that came after my concerns were dismissed by a trusted doctor. But I trusted my gut.

I scheduled a mobile ultrasound through HerScan, and that decision quite literally saved my life.

Now, through this foundation, I’m turning my pain into purpose. A portion of every donation received will go toward sponsoring life-saving breast cancer screenings for women in our local community—especially those who might not otherwise have access. No woman should be told “it’s probably nothing” and be left without answers. We’re here to change that.

Here’s how you can help:

💗 Donate — Every dollar helps fund access to early detection and provides direct support to women navigating this difficult journey. A portion of your donation will go toward helping Jamie personally with her battle, and a portion will go toward sponsoring scans for women in our community. The cost of a scan is $300.

  • Simply visit www.herscan.com and click on “schedule now”. You will be able to select your state and location and book a scan. Payment is due at the time of the scan, so if you are receiving a sponsored scan, we will cover it for you!

  • Please visit www.herscan.com to verify, as the cost can vary by state, but generally scans are around $300.

  • Absolutely! You can contribute using the form above, or we also accept mailed donations via check, made out to Jamie Via’s I Get To Foundation, mailed to 1615 Running Deer Dr. Keswick, VA 22947.
