Stage 4.

Well. Here we are. The lung biopsy results came back positive for breast cancer, meaning my TNBC has metastasized into my lungs. The good news is the two larger spots are still quite small and being measured in mm rather than cm, so we will take that as a win. I am not giving power to the words “stage 4” and will fight this fight just like I would if it was stage 1. The treatment drugs and plan changes slightly with this diagnosis, however my outlook does not. I will beat this cancer and show as no evidence of disease by the time we are through the treatment. Mark my words.
